At Absolute Dental we know how busy life can be,
and understand how times and dates can often roll into one- your doctors
appointment, your hairdressers appointment, your childs nativity play, not
forgetting your dental appointment with us in 6 months time. That's why, at the
end of last year we decided to improve our reminder system to help you remember when your appointment comes
around.
The Absolute system already sends text message reminders but is now also capable
of sending email confimations too! In this digital and mobile age, we feel this
amendment to our confimation system is a real bonus, and the initial feedback
from patients is very positive too.
The system will even tell us if the email or
text for any reason has not been sent so we can give you a call instead.
So,
please make sure that you give us your new mobile number or email
address at your next visit so that you too can benefit from this very useful courtesy system.
